Refund policy
Students are responsible for their course choices. Therefore, we recommend that you select your courses carefully. In the event that you must withdraw from a course, the following policy will be in effect:
Basic Training - There is no refund if you fail to show for class. In order to receive a refund, you MUST cancel or transfer your registration with 24 hours advance notice (not including Saturday, Sunday or Holidays). A $5 fee will be retained no matter what the circumstance. Full refunds will be given if the American Red Cross cancels a course for any reason. After hours, messages can be left at (512) 929-1294. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 30 minutes late for the course you may not be allowed to attend. If you are not allowed to attend the course you can reschedule for 50% of the fee originally paid. There will be no refunds under these circumstances.
Instructor Training - There is no refund if you fail to show for class. In order to receive a 50% refund, you MUST cancel or transfer your registration with 72 hours advance Fifty per cent refund may be given, with at least 72 hours advance notice (not including Saturday, Sunday or Holidays). A $10 fee will be retained no matter what the circumstance. Full refunds will be given if the American Red Cross cancels a course for any reason. After hours, messages can be left at (512) 929-1294. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 30 minutes late for the course you will not be allowed to attend. If you are not allowed to attend you forfeit the money paid and must re-pay for the course over again.

At the American Red Cross of Central Texas, we are pleased to serve communities in the area, providing quality safety training to the people we live near and work with every day. We strive to deliver excellent customer service, professional courses and schedule courses to fit a variety of schedules. If a majority of evaluations from a class does not meet our standards of program quality, we will automatically refund course fees to all participants.
