Where does my money go?
Local Chapter – Funds everyday chapter operations, emergency preparedness programs, health and safety training, services to the armed forces, and local disaster and emergency relief in our nine county service area.
National Disaster Relief Fund – Help people affected by disasters across the country by donating to the Disaster Relief Fund. On those rare occasions when donations exceed Red Cross expenses for a specific disaster, contributions are used to prepare for and serve victims of other disasters.
International Disaster Response Fund – A contribution to the IDRF will provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need around the world.
The American Red Cross honors donor intent. If you wish to designate the gift to a particular disaster relief operation, please do so at the time the gift is made.
