The mission of Emergency Services is to ensure disaster planning, preparedness, community disaster education, mitigation, and response as well as assist the thousands of military members and their families in times of crisis. The American Red Cross of Central Texas responds to disasters such as house and apartment fires, floods, tornadoes or other situations that cause human suffering or create human needs that those affected cannot alleviate without assistance.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
We teach lifesaving skills to students of all ages, train individuals to become instructors, teach directly at corporations or other organizations, train volunteers in disaster response and case management, and offer online courses, plus much more! Learn all about it.
